OPEN CORK, Mississauga

I was craving chicken parmesan tonight and the first place that came to mind was Open Cork.  The place itself has 2 sections: the dining area and the bar.  We're usually in the dining but there was a party going on so we sat in the bar.  That side has weird decor and lighting that waves around and around and gets on your nerves but the food is good.  The servers are almost friendly but not quite. We ordered a caesar salad to start which is always awesome.  The chicken parmesan comes with the best veggies and a side of pasta (I get the rose sauce).  OMG it's soooo good and you always leave so full.  If you want an awesome drink to go with that you should get the sangria which comes in this bigass mug.  You get ALOT for your money at this place, we ordered 1 litre of flat water, caesar salad, 2 orders of chicken parm and the bill came up to around $40!!!!
